I like the top one better. The lower one is a good shot of the bridge, but the top one suggests a story – “rise up out of the city and head off into a new place.”
It would be nice if the bridge structure in the top one stood out from the clouds/haze. Could you do that?
Hum…perhaps #2 as it draws the eye along the span of the bridge.
